We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:
We accept returns if:
Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact
Product is not a hygiene-sensitive item such as:
Undergarments
Socks
Mittens
Caps
Personalized items
Product was not purchased from sale or clearance (final sale items are non-returnable)
Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
MummasMatch is not responsible for items lost during return transit
Cash on Delivery (COD): If your COD order was not delivered, there’s nothing to refund
Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking):
Canceled or returned order amounts are first added to your MummasMatch Cash Refund section
You can request to transfer the amount back to your original payment method by clicking on the "Refund Amount Back To Me" button in your account
Refunds to the original source take 5-7 business days to process
COD Refunds to Bank Account: Once you provide bank details, we’ll process the refund within 10 working days
We currently do not support direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:
Return the original item following the policy above
Place a new order for the desired item
