Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase, but if you're not satisfied, here's how we handle returns and refunds:

Return Eligibility:

We accept returns if:

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • Items are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact

  • Product is not a hygiene-sensitive item such as:

    • Undergarments

    • Socks

    • Mittens

    • Caps

    • Personalized items

  • Product was not purchased from sale or clearance (final sale items are non-returnable)

Return Shipping:

  • Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

  • MummasMatch is not responsible for items lost during return transit


Refund of Payment:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If your COD order was not delivered, there’s nothing to refund

  • Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking):

    • Canceled or returned order amounts are first added to your MummasMatch Cash Refund section

    • You can request to transfer the amount back to your original payment method by clicking on the "Refund Amount Back To Me" button in your account

    • Refunds to the original source take 5-7 business days to process

  • COD Refunds to Bank Account: Once you provide bank details, we’ll process the refund within 10 working days


Exchanges:

We currently do not support direct exchanges.
To exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item following the policy above

  2. Place a new order for the desired item
